: No. Contact the WWI team by phone or WhatsApp to arrange your appointment. A booking amount, a percentage of the service price, confirms your visit.
: A booking amount, a percentage of the service price, is charged to confirm an at-home service. When booking through the app, this can be paid using the available digital payment methods. If you book directly with our team, a payment link may be shared with you. The remaining balance is payable after your treatment using the payment options provided for your appointment.
: Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment through the app up to 24 hours before your visit. When rescheduling, your booking amount moves with the appointment. For a qualifying cancellation, the amount is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 14 working days. Within 24 hours of your visit, please use “Talk to us about this booking” or contact the WWI team for assistance.
