Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Wellnesss Wave India website, mobile application and related digital services operated by VITRON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
By using a WWI digital service, creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these Terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, treatment consent and any package or promotional terms shown to you.
About WWI
Wellnesss Wave India provides cosmetic beauty and wellness services, selected beauty and wellness products, technology-led experiences and related information.
WWI is operated by VITRON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
WWI services are not medical diagnosis or treatment, and general website or app content should not be treated as medical advice.
Customer age and eligibility
Independent WWI app accounts, bookings and device-led at-home facial services are currently available to customers aged 18 or over.
WWI may introduce separately approved services for persons under 18 only where the relevant manufacturer instructions permit the proposed use, a parent or lawful guardian provides the required consent, and WWI's applicable clinical and legal safeguards have been completed.
Until such an under-18 protocol is approved, customers under 18 should not be booked for WWI device-led at-home facial services.
Account information
You must provide accurate and complete account, booking and consultation information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity on your account.
You must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information or use another person's account without authorisation.
Services, availability and booking horizon
At-home facial services may be booked through the WWI app or through the WWI team by telephone or WhatsApp. Available appointments depend on city, pincode, technician availability, treatment suitability and operational capacity.
The app is currently configured to show up to 14 days of available appointment slots. New bookings may be accepted up to 2 hours before an available appointment start time, subject to technician availability and confirmation.
Where upfront payment is required, an available slot may be temporarily held for 10 minutes during checkout.
If payment is not completed within the hold period, the slot may be released for another customer.
Booking confirmation and technician assignment
A booking is confirmed when any required booking amount has been successfully paid and WWI or the app has issued confirmation.
Technicians set their availability through the operational system, subject to WWI admin review and override. WWI may manually assign or reassign a technician where needed. If no manual assignment has been made, the system may automatically assign an eligible available technician approximately 18 hours before the scheduled booking. These assignment processes do not create a right to a particular technician.
Where a confirmed booking remains unassigned close to the appointment, WWI's internal system may alert the admin team so that the booking can be resolved. This is an internal operational control and does not change the customer's confirmed appointment rights.
Prices, GST and payment
All prices displayed by WWI are inclusive of applicable GST unless WWI expressly states otherwise for a particular product or service. A booking amount, a percentage of the service price, is currently charged to confirm an at-home facial service unless a specific offer or booking flow states otherwise.
The booking amount forms part of the total service price and is not an additional treatment charge.
The remaining balance is payable using the payment options made available by WWI.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers and may also be subject to their terms.
Consultation and suitability
Each at-home facial includes a pre-service consultation and treatment-suitability assessment.
Customers must disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, active skin concerns, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding status and recent cosmetic, aesthetic or dermatological procedures.
The technician may modify, pause, postpone or decline a treatment if a contraindication may apply, the treatment appears unsuitable, required information is incomplete, or the environment is unsafe or inappropriate. Questions outside the technician's scope should be escalated rather than independently diagnosed.
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows and refunds
WWI's Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
- • More than 24 hours before the appointment: the customer may cancel for a full refund of the amount paid for that booking to the original payment method, or reschedule and carry the booking amount to the new appointment.
- • Within 24 hours: the booking amount is not automatically forfeited. The customer is asked to provide a reason and the request is reviewed by WWI admin. WWI's current customer-service policy is to process a refund where appropriate rather than applying an automatic forfeiture.
- • No-show or failure to provide access: where the customer does not attend, cannot be contacted or does not provide access without cancelling, the booking amount may be retained. Genuine exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by WWI admin for a refund or credit.
- • If WWI cannot fulfil a confirmed appointment: the customer may reschedule or receive a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
Treatment unsuitability discovered before or at the visit
Where suitability is uncertain, the technician must first pause and escalate in accordance with WWI protocol.
If the issue is temporary and the treatment can reasonably be performed later, the booking amount may be transferred to a future appointment.
If a treatment cannot proceed because of a relevant contraindication or circumstance that the customer knew, or reasonably should have known, and did not disclose despite being asked during booking or consultation, WWI may retain the booking amount to reflect the reserved appointment and technician attendance.
If a material suitability issue was not reasonably known to the customer and is first identified at the appointment, WWI may, depending on the circumstances, transfer the booking amount to a suitable future service or refund it where rescheduling is not reasonably appropriate. These cases are reviewed by WWI admin, with safety taking priority over proceeding with treatment.
Packages and validity
Where WWI offers a package, the package price is paid upfront unless otherwise stated.
Sessions are booked individually and must be used within the validity period stated for that package.
Once a package has expired, any unused sessions can no longer be booked or availed. Unused sessions do not automatically carry forward beyond the validity period and are not refundable merely because they were not used, except where required by law or where WWI expressly approves an exception in writing.
Treatments within a package remain subject to consultation, suitability, device contraindications and availability.
Purchase of a package does not guarantee use of a particular device or treatment at every session.
Device and treatment restrictions
WWI follows its approved treatment protocols together with relevant manufacturer warnings and contraindications. A device should not be used merely because it is included within a treatment menu if it is unsuitable for the individual client.
WWI's current service policy is 18+ for device-led at-home facials.
This is intentionally more conservative than some individual manufacturer instructions because WWI protocols may combine multiple technologies with different age guidance.
Prysm iO
Where offered, Prysm iO is presented as a non-invasive wellness assessment and tracking device. It is not a medical diagnostic device and is not presented by WWI as an AI skin-analysis service.
Results, testimonials and media
Individual cosmetic experiences and results vary. Testimonials, reviews and before-and-after images reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will obtain the same result.
Identifiable customer photographs, videos or testimonials should only be published with appropriate permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content unlawfully, make fraudulent bookings or payments, harass technicians or staff, or use WWI services for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the WWI name, branding, treatment names, website and app content, graphics, text, photographs, videos and other materials are owned by or licensed to VITRON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
They may not be commercially copied or reused without permission except where applicable law permits.
Third-party providers
The app or website may use third-party payment, communications, mapping, analytics, hosting or app-store providers.
Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
WWI may update its treatment menu, service areas, prices, packages, promotions, technologies and digital features. Confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms communicated for that booking and applicable law.
Liability and consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellnesss Wave India and VITRON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of WWI’s website, app, services, products or third-party platforms.
WWI does not guarantee that any treatment, product, device or wellness service will produce a particular result, as individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
WWI shall not be responsible for loss, injury or adverse outcomes to the extent caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, failure to disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, medication, pregnancy, recent procedures or known contraindications, failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions, misuse of products or devices, or circumstances outside WWI’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, WWI’s aggregate contractual liability arising from a particular paid service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VITRON INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, Wellnesss Wave India and their directors, employees, authorised technicians and representatives from reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses arising directly from your unlawful or fraudulent use of WWI’s website, app or services, your material breach of these Terms, or information that you knowingly provide falsely or misleadingly.
This indemnity does not apply to losses arising from WWI’s own negligence, breach of law, breach of contract or misconduct, and does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions with WWI.
Where a dispute is not resolved informally, the parties may mutually agree to mediation or another lawful form of alternative dispute resolution.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer from exercising any right or remedy available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other mandatory applicable law, including approaching a competent consumer commission, court or regulatory authority.
For disputes that are not consumer disputes and that may lawfully be subject to contractual jurisdiction, the competent courts at Chandigarh, India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
